Delivery Information
Our high quality candles are made to order, so please allow between 3-4 weeks (unless otherwise stated) from payment verification for the product to ship to you. Larger orders may take longer. The average ship time is 15-20 business days. You have the option of having your order shipped via FedEx or USPS. You also have the option to choose the speed at which your order is shipped through these carriers. Please be aware that your order will still ship from our factory in the time specified above even if you choose next day service. If you would like your order processed faster you may request rush service. During especially busy times orders may take longer to process. In this case if the wait is inordinate we will issue you a compensation credit to your Candles of Eden Customer Account.

Rush Service
In extreme cases we can expedite an order to be shipped within 5 - 7 business days depending on the size of the order for a 20% fee. To select this service simply specify “Rush Service” in the Comments box when you are checking out.

Gift Certificates
Gift certificates are available in any denomination by calling toll free 1-800-709-2836 and can be mailed or emailed directly to the recipient with a gift card from you.

Return/Refund Policy
We at Candles of Eden pride ourselves on quality products as well as quality customer service and will work with you diligently to resolve any issue you may have. Candles of Eden does not accept returns on candles, nor do we offer cash refunds unless there is an actual manufacturer defect with the candle. In that case we will issue you a replacement candle or a credit for the amount of your purchase price to your Candles of Eden Customer Acccount. This is because each and every candle is custom made especially for you and fragrance preferences vary from customer to customer, so what one customer may like, another may not. If you are unsure about a fragrance please order in small quantities first.

There is a 20% fee on cancellations, however orders can not be canceled once orders have been sent to the production queue. We do not accept changes to orders once we have begun production, you may however add to the order. Please be aware that if you decide to add to the order it may increase your production time.

If ever there is a problem with your purchase or if there is breakage DO NOT discard the items as we will need to inspect them or file a claim with the carrier. If you experience breakage with your order you will be issued a credit in the amount of the broken goods to be used toward a future purchase. We pack very well and breakage is rare. If you discard the items before they have a chance to be inspected we will be unable to resolve your issue.

Payments made with Checks
All payments made with a check will be held until the check has cleared which can take up to 10 business days. This can significantly slow down the processing of your order. For faster processing you may use a Debit Card or Check Card which has the MasterCard or Visa logo.

Non-sufficient Funds
All transactions (namely checks) wherein funds are rejected will incur a $25.00 service fee or 5% of the total (which ever is greater) in addition to the amount of the invoice. Rejected credit cards will receive a $5.00 fee each time it is rejected (we will only run it once unless you request otherwise). Please make sure all funds are available before submitting an order.
